Classic Spain Wine Tour 6 Days

Our Classic Spain Wine Tour in Castilla & Leon will take you to Toro, Salamanca, Guijuelo, and of course Ribera del Duero, the country’s most traditional winemaking region. A high-quality wine from Ribera del Duero is internationally famous and one of the most popular wines of Spain. On our Ribera del Duero wine tours, you’ll have the opportunity to taste exceptional deeply colored wines with complex aromas of dark fruit produced from Tempranillo grapes.

Apart from Ribera del Duero wine, on the Classic Spain Wine Tour, you will explore the Celtic history of the Universidad de Salamanca, one of the oldest in Europe, taste exquisite wines of the wine region of Toro, and discover underground cellars in El Perdigón, Zamora.

These underground wineries are true hidden gems of Castilla and Leon region. Our Classic Spain Wine Tour is a great opportunity to explore these underground tunnels (sometimes several kilometers in length), most of them dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries. Today, many underground cellars in Spain accommodate restaurants, museums, and improvised theatre stages. However, in Castilla and Leon you’ll find those that still house wineries.
